Life Time Fitness Trail Series

The Life Time Trail Series will take place on the unpaved trails of 5 amazing Three Rivers Park District. 

1. Will there be hills?
Answer: Yes, what goes up must go down right?

2. Will there be mud, dirt, grass, wood chips?
Answer: Its unpaved remember? 

3. Will there be pavement:
Answer: Yes, but only a little bit. If you blink you'll probably miss it.

4. Will there be bugs?
Answer: Of course! Mosquito's are our state bird after all. If you detest these pesky critters I'd suggest a dose of bug spray.

5. How will the course be marked?
Answer: We'll have arrows pointing you in the right direction. Unfortunately we can't have a lead biker, we still have to follow park rules.

6. Will we have the trails all to ourselves?
Answer: No, its important to remember that other park patrons will be using the paths we run on as well as the ones we cross so please play nice, we want to make this an annual series. We will put out 'Race In Progress' signs to warn park patrons.

7. Will there be water stops?
Answer: Yes, we'll have a water stop at about the half way mark of each event. Please try and throw your cups into or around the trash cans, we don't want to pick through the tall grass and trees to find your litter.

8. Will there be fun?
Answers: If your idea of fun is trails, hills, food, beer, good friends, and beautiful evening in a park then yes it will be FUN!
